Biographical/Historical note
Islwyn and District Anglers was formed in the late 1970s when the Ebbw and Sirhowy Anglers, the Risca Fly Fishing Association, and the Ynysddu and Cwmfelinfach Angling Club were amalgamated.
Its first annual general meeting was held in March 1977.
