Messuage or tenement called Tu Cock with barn etc. and 40 acres of land, 14 acres of meadow, 15 acres of pasture and 1 acre of wood called by the several names of Wayn Vawr, Kae Yr Skibor, Cae Glan Dowless, Cae Gwin and Cae Philip Lloyd which premises are lying in the parish of Lanvihangel Llanternam, Co. Mon., mearing to the lands late of Edward Lord Cherbury on the north west to the land called Dowless on the north east, to the lands of John Giles and Anne his wife on one of them on the south to the lands called Hewl Y Norrest leading from Croes Yn Vutch towards Tay Glan Y Nant .  D472/3 Copy Court Roll Partition of lands of Evan Rosser par. Panteg and lordship of Edlogan between Evan Rosser, Daniel Rosser, Jenkin Rosser, the three sons and customary heirs of Evan Rosser. Evan Rosser's share One barn, one cowhouse, one outhouse and garden and one field called Pwll Bach adjoining to the highway leading from Pant Y Velun towards Cantoon to the river Avon Llwyd and to the late lands of Evan Rosser called Cae Glan Yr Avon and to the lands of John How Esq. On condition that he pays £6 to his brother Jenkin Rosser. Daniel Rosser's share Upper part of the house being the tiled part and also the upper part of the garden adjoining to the lane leading to Cae Glan Y Avon from a certain plumb tree in the yard of the said housse to the certain peg in the alley in the said garden and from the peg down to the bottom of the said garden and also the upper part of the field called Cae Glan Yr Avon from a certain tree called a witch hazell cross the ground top an old oak and from the witch hazell to the river. Jenkin Rosser's Share The lower part of the house from the upper side of the pine end in the middle of the house and also a garden from the plumb tree down to the peg in the alley and so across from the witch hazell to the oak across the field and from the witch hazell to the river mearing to the lands of John How to the river called Afon Llwyd. And also several customary hold lands, arable, meadow and pasture ground commonly called Caye Cutta, Tyr Culta, Caer Holyness Y Penugbarth Gwayn Vawr Dan Y Ty, Caer Skibor and Gwayn Dish Lawr Ty, situated par. Panteague, Co. Mon., formerly in the tenure of John William Thomas mearing to the lands of Walter Jones to the glebe lands of Panteague, to the highway leading from Bergavenny towards Caerleon and to another [], which said grounds were formerly purchased by Walter Thomas from Chas. Edward and Catherine his wife, and the moiety long since by Chas. Morgan and Ann his wife surrendered to the use of Chas. Morgan. To the use of John Jones and Sarah his wife. 2 Jan 1753

Mon., and Manor of Usk mearing to the land formerly of Wm. Jones of Lanternam but now of John Jones of Llanvrechva to the lands formerly of Wm.
