 D1902/1 Probate of Will Dated 15 Nov. 1858 of William Wanklyn of Monmouth, attorney at law and solicitor. Devises estate to John Endell Powles of Monmouth, gent. and toPhilip Endell Wanklyn of par. Dixton, gent. in trust for Eliza Amelia Cordelia Wanklyn during her widowhood, then to any children, then to his sister Elizabeth Wanklyn, nephews Thomas Endell Wanklyn and William Henry Endell Wanklyn (sons of Thomas Endell Wanklyn) and brother Philip Endell Wanklyn, and devises his law library to John Thomas Williams, his clerk. Seal of the Principal Registry of Probate. May 13 1859
