Dixton, gent. in trust for Eliza Amelia Cordelia Wanklyn during her widowhood, then to any children, then to his sister Elizabeth Wanklyn, nephews Thomas Endell Wanklyn and William Henry Endell Wanklyn (sons of Thomas Endell Wanklyn) and brother Philip Endell Wanklyn, and devises his law library to John Thomas Williams, his clerk.
