Rumney and 1 field in St. Mellons to Edmund Jones. Devising all his other copyhold estate in par. St. Mellons to his son James Jones. His freehold estate called Cate Cobb Farm in par. St. Mellons to his wife Ann Jones during her widowhood. A yearly sum of £400 to his daughter Mary Samuel. A yearly sum of £25 to his daughter Hannah Jones. A yearly sum of £25 to his daughter Ann Jones. A yearly sum of £30 to his daughter Catherine Jones.
