D309/1 Lease 1. Henry Probert of par. Penalt, Co. Mon., Esq. 2. George Younge of par. Penalt, millstone hewer, and Mary his wife. In exchange for certain lands in par. Penalt (not defined), Probert leases to Younge and his wife. A dwelling house wherein Elizabeth George lately lived, with one sheepscot, one garden, one orchard and one acres of arable land and now in tenure of George Younge, situated in par. Penalt and adjoining the lands of Henry Probert, the Hewle Cayefosse and the lane called Hewle Goy. 89 years from 29 September 1682, Peppercorn rent. Endorsed with an assignment of the lease from Mary Younge to Phillip Younge her eldest son. 1 May 1682 (34 Chas. II) |

William Jones, gent., of Penalt, and William Watkins of Trellegg, gent. A fifth part of one messuage or mansion house now in tenure of Elizabeth Morris, widow, and a fifth part of one barn, one bakehouse, one curtilage, one garden, one orchard belonging to the same messuage. A fifth part of one cottage called Gaddy and a fifth part of a parcel of customary land, arrable and pasture called Gaddy containing 2a., also a fifth part of ten parcels of customary land, arrable, meadow, pasture and wood, called Teer Ffald, Y Worlod Leny, Teer Wheele, Cae Wrth Y Tuy, Cae Pen Y Llan, Teer Leerion, Caer Ven, Cae Ffrilly, Caer Vallen and Y coed Cae. A fifth part of one cottage called Tuy Bach and one orchard thereto belonging.
