 D2179/3 Copy Probate of the will, dated 6 June 1857, of Timothy Pritchard of Chepstow, butcher, devising land and barn in St. Arvans, occupied by his son in law John Jones of Chepstow, butcher, 5 messuages in Meads Parade, Chepstow to his trustees and executors subject to a mortgage to Mrs. Martha Sumsion securing £900 and subject to a bond of £79. 2s. 6d and interest to John Jones on trust to sell, to repay the debts as above, to pay legacies to his son Thomas Lewis Richard of Chepstow butcher, to his daughter Sarah Jane Williams, wife of John Williams of Merthyr, policeman and the residue to Mary Ann Jones, wife of John Jones. John Ivins of Tidenham co. Glouc, butcher and John Jones to be executors. 3 Oct 1863

Consideration £916 3s. 26 Aug 1865
