Recites a) Above lease b) 2nd lease 20 Oct 1883 from Lord Tredegar to George John Brind Parcel of land on north-east side of Plymouth St. bounded on north, east and north-east by unlet land of Lord Tredegar, on south-east by land let to John and Griffith Davies, and on south-west partly by Plymouth St., partly by land let to Emma Brind, partly by land let to Jacob Jones measuring on south-west next Plymouth St. 27' 6" next land let to Emma and Jacob 79', on north side 100' 6", on east side 119' 6" thence running nearly at right angles to north west 5' and thence to street on sout east 29'. To hold from 1880 for 99 yrs. at £5 p.a. c) G.J. Brind built 1 messuage with outbuildings and certain workshops. d) Assignment of lease 9 Jan 1891; G.J. Brind to Emma Brind. e) Emma d. 1902, by her will appointing (1) as joint executrices and trustees and devising property in the 2 leases on trust for her son G.J. Brind until his bankruptcy or death without leaving widow or child, then in trust for sale. f) At date of death Emma was possessed of the premises in first lease subject to rent and covennants and a morgage debt of £200 which was discharged in 1924 and the premises released to (1). g) G.J. Brind d. a bachelor in 1932 h) (1) agreed to sell both premises to (2) subject to rents and covenants but otherwise free from encumbrances at £1025.
