Collection Inventory

 D1896/1 Probate of Will dated 12 Aug 1818 of Thomas Trimmer, Commander Royal Navy of par. Deal co. Kent, late of Monmouth, proved at Canterbury. Devises all his property to his brother James Shotter of par. Farnham co. Surrey, gent., and his brother-in-law Peter Bathurst Hemans of Cockspur St., city of Westminster, gent., in trust for his wife Charlotte Augusta Trimmer during her widowhood, then for any children and failing children to his wife unconditionally. Note: dated 3 April, 1820 of Thomas Trimmer concerning an amendment. Affidavit dated 12 June 1820, by William Robertson of Guildford St., Par. St. Pancras co. Middlesex, esq. and John Evans of Upper Cumming St., Pentonville, esq. that the note (above) was in the handwritting of Robert Trimmer. Seal of P.C. Canterbury. Some parts obliterated. 13 Jun 1820
