 D111/1 Notice of sale by auction at the Beaufort Arms Inn, Monmouth of a piece of meadow land, situated on the banks of the river Wye within half a mile of the town of Monmouth and adjoining the turnpike road leading from Monmouth to Ross, called Dixton Road, containing 2¾a, and another piece of meadow lying near the previous one and containing 2a.
