All freehold manors, messuages, advowsons, farms, lands and other hereditaments, and parts and shares of hereditaments and premises, situate in the several parishes of Llanellen, Rockfield and Abergavenny, co. Mon., and Llanrothal and Garraway, co. Hereford, forming the Priory Estate, together with an undivided share of the mines and minerals under the lands in co. Mon.; also certain messuages, lands and hereditaments, situate in the parish of St. John Hackney, co. Mddx., called Homerton; also freehold mansion house called Mayndee, with the several messuages, lands and hereditaments comprising the Mayndee Estate, comprised in the will of William Kemeys, and subject to the life interest of George Jones. The first party covenants to surrender all customary premises and lands etc., in cos. Mon and Glam to which he is entitled under the will of William Kemeys, to the use of the second party and one undivided third part of certain customary messuage lands and hereditaments within the Manor of Hackney, co.
