All which said messuages, lands etc. are situate in parish of Christchurch,Co.Mon. and are more particularly described as all that piece of ground called the 12 acres cont. 12 acres situate before the road leading from from Fair Oak Common to Nash and ajoining the said road and common, the land of William Kemeys now or late in the occupation of James Crocombe on all or most parts and sides thereof and is divided from the land of the said Robert Salusbury now or late in the occupation of William Warren by a watercourse. Also a piece of ground cont. 2 acres abutting to the said 12 acres of William Kemeys now in the occupation of James Crocombe on all or most parts and sides thereof, also three pieces of land cont. 7 acres called South Errow Drayn Derou otherwise Blackthorne abutting on 3 acres of land of Robert Salusbury now in the occupation of William Warren and on a piece of ground of William Kemeys cont. 7 acres now in the occupation of the said James Crocombe and on the new Reen leading from the said common to a gout over Liswerry Pill or Reen on all or most parts and sides thereof which said three pieces were lately conveyed by Thomas Van, Esq., to Sir Charles Gould, Charles Morgan and John Morgan and their heirs (in exchange for other lands conveyed by them to him).
