Of a messuage called Worthy Brooke with land knownas y Worlod 'ych law yr Tee with a sheepcott, The Tippinheal, Kae mawre, Kae yr greeg, Kae mayne and gworlod y Froode, and seven parcels of land with 10a. of wood known as Teere gwerne y sant, all in par. Wonastow; one parcel of meadow called gworlod ar lan Trothy formerly of Walter Mathew in par. Wonastow and Langattocke Vibon Avell; all these premises being 150a. lately held by Oliver Glynn and now owned by 2; and of a messuage and barn called New Barne, and closes called Gworlod vawre, or gworlod ar lan Trothy, mae' Triogh, maes y manachlog ycha, Barne and Gworlod Siriglan being 60a. in par.
