D4436/1 Probate of Will (14 June 1836) of Edward Robert of Bedwas, farmer, devising to his brother Edmund Robert, the cottage and garden in his occupation during the term of his lease, bequeathing £1 to his son Edmund Robert every year during the term of his lease on Ty'n Ewen, £5 to his third son Thomas Robert, £5 to his fourth son William Robert, £5 to Thomas the son of William Robert, a cow to his daughter Charlotte, £10 to his sixth son Edward Robert, and the remainder of his estate to his wife Mary and his fith son John Robert., in case his wife should survive John Robert devising all remaining estate to her for life., thereafter to be divided equally between the children of Edward Robert, in case John Robert should survive Mary Robert devising all remaining estate to him absolutely. 7 Jan 1837 |
