1's lands (both arable and pasture) known by the name of Kay Kydryche in p.Pennallt, lying between the lands of Henry Proberte esquire called Heul y Lloyfos, and the common called Wyeswood (1 had purchased the lands from Thomas George of p.Pennallt)

Half the rents/profits raised from 1's lands to be paid yearly to the parish church of Pennallt; the other moiety to go to the poor of the parish. This payment to be paid every Friday before 25 December

Deed has been made because of 1's "true love that he beareth unto the parishe churche and the better relief of Pennallt...and unto the poore people of the said parishe"
